In order to participate in any youth field hockey club you must be a member of USA Field Hockey. If you are not a member yet, please join at https://www.teamusa.org/usa-field-hockey/membership
It costs $25 to join for the year and it is required that everyone participating is a member for our insurance coverage. Please declare Huntington Youth Field Hockey as your club and print a copy of your membership or email us a copy of your card after you register.
