HYFH is a low key club that will introduce you to the sport of field hockey and offer you the chance to learn the basics of the game. We have skills practice in the summer and winter and play in the LIFHA Youth League in the fall. For those of you that want more field hockey then what we offer, here are some places you may find more opportunities!
